A growing, family‑owned organisation within the industrial and services sector is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Office All‑Rounder to support its senior leadership team and broader national workforce. This is an urgent temp‑to‑perm opportunity created to ensure continuity as the current incumbent completes their assignment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is highly varied and suits someone who enjoys being the go‑to person for office operations, coordination and support across both office and warehouse environments.
Your new role
Provide day-to-day office administration and all-rounder support
Coordinate domestic travel bookings and accommodation
Assist with vehicle fleet administration and related records
Act as liaison for facilities, office maintenance and suppliers
Support Health & Safety activities, including committee involvement
Assist with light office management, procurement and general coordination tasks
Deliver strong internal customer service across multiple sites nationally
What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail with a high level of organisation and common sense
Mature, calm and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel)
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or the ability to learn quickly
Experience with travel bookings, fleet administration or facilities coordination
Positive, energetic attitude and a natural culture contributor
Comfortable working across office and warehouse environments
The role requires someone based in Western Sydney due to split‑site support.
