Your new role

As the GRC Delivery Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of key modules within an enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform. You’ll also:
Act as the primary point of contact between a major SaaS GRC vendor and internal business and information security stakeholders.
Lead the delivery of the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards (VPDSS) module and supporting Information Security Risk modules
Oversee system configuration, testing, deployment, handover and post‑implementation hyper‑care
Plan, prioritise and sequence work across multiple streams in a complex, distributed operating environment.
Manage competing priorities and delivery dependencies while maintaining momentum and transparency
Ensure business and security requirements are accurately translated into system workflows, dashboards and reporting
Combine delivery leadership, technical analysis and strong stakeholder engagement to drive outcomes in a complex environment.


What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in hands‑on project delivery, delivery management or business analysis roles
Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally GRC platforms, in large or complex organisations
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with confidence managing scope, risks and delivery tradeoffs
Ability to elicit, analyse and translate business requirements into practical system configurations
Experience coordinating testing, training, documentation and go‑live activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to varied audiences
Comfort working with ambiguity, balancing BAU and delivery priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with GRC tools (e.g. ReadiNow, Archer, Diligent, MetricStream, Vanta or similar) highly regarded.
