• Defining and governing end‑to‑end solution architectures
• Designing network architectures covering topology, segmentation, security zones, redundancy, capacity, and performance
• Producing clear architecture artefacts including context, logical, physical, network, and security views
• Embedding security‑ and privacy by design aligned to enterprise and regulatory standards
• Assuring vendor designs, Statements of Work, and technical proposals
• Defining integration patterns, data flows, and enterprise system interfaces
• Supporting delivery planning, cutover, commissioning, and operational readiness

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex infrastructure, network, and systems integration solutions
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud or platform services
• Experience working in construction or capital works‑led environments with fixed milestones
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements
• Hands‑on experience with PSPF, ISM, and the Essential Eight
• Ability to influence vendors, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders in a multi‑vendor environment

• A hands‑on contract role with genuine architectural authority
• Exposure to large‑scale, mission-critical public sector programs
