Join one of Australia's leading electrical switchboard manufacturers on a full-time, permanent basis as a Project Manager. This company has an outstanding reputation in the industry for designing and manufacturing a wide range of low-voltage electrical switchboards, tailored to Australian standards.

In your new role as a Project Manager, you will support the design and delivery of custom switchboard solutions. You will manage projects across the full lifecycle from concept through to design, build and factory testing, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Oversee the complete delivery of switchboard projects, from concept and design to factory completion
• Partner with engineering and drafting teams to produce compliant, build-ready designs
• Review and validate single-line diagrams, schematics, and specifications
• Manage component selection, BOM accuracy, and technical compliance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align design intent with manufacturing execution
• Maintain control of project timelines, milestones, and requirements
• Support factory acceptance testing and quality outcomes
• Drive resolution of technical and project risks with internal stakeholders

About you
Ideally, you will have -

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience with switchboards, MCCs or low voltage power distribution systems
• Strong understanding of electrical design and schematics
• Exposure to Australian standards
• Comfortable managing projects while remaining hands-on technically
