A leading Provider needs an Experienced Facilities Manager to join a large Statewide Account. Reporting directly into an Operations Manager and support the Management of a large Public Sector Account. Full time Hours Mon - Fri. The role ensures built environments are maintained to agreed service levels, statutory obligations are met, and stakeholder expectations are consistently achieved. This position plays a critical role in governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of public assets. Duties include:

  • Manage the delivery of hard and soft facilities management services in line with contractual KPIs, SLAs
  • Oversee planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance programs to maintain asset condition
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for client representatives and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present operational, compliance, and performance reports in accordance with contract requirements
  • Manage site-level budgets, cost controls, and forecasting to ensure value-for-money outcomes
  • Review, approve, and track invoices, variations, and financial documentation
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Manage subcontractors and service providers to ensure service delivery, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure a proactive, client-focused approach aligned to public-sector values and community expectations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working as a Multi- Site Facilities Manager or similar

  • Strong Stakeholder management Experience

  • Drivers Licence

What you'll get in return

$55- $60 p/h + Super
