• Leading day-to-day branch operations including workshop, field service, sales, and administration
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and margin control
• Driving revenue growth through active business development and key account management
• Building long-term customer relationships across industries such as construction, mining, manufacturing, transport, and agriculture
• Leading, mentoring, and developing branch staff to achieve high performance
• Ensuring WHS compliance and promoting a strong safety culture
• Identifying operational efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Supervisor in hydraulics, mechanical services, or a similar industrial environment
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing branch profitability
• Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management
• Confident, practical leader who can balance operational delivery with growth.
• Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
• Trade, technical, or hydraulic background highly regarded
