Your new role
As a AI Engineer, you’ll take hands‑on role designing, building, and deploying agentic and LLM‑enabled AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure stack. Moving beyond experimentation, you’ll deliver operational AI systems that can reason, plan, and interact with tools in governed enterprise environments. This is a senior individual contributor role working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
What you’ll need to succeed
5+ years’ experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Software Engineering
Strong hands‑on Python development (R desirable), with Git and CI/CD experience
Practical experience building LLM-enabled and agent-based systems (RAG, tool calling, agent frameworks)
Experience delivering end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into AI solutions
