Your new role
- Lead a high-performing Customer Service Contact Centre team within a large banking environment
- Drive team performance, engagement, and service excellence through hands-on leadership and coaching
- Ensure outstanding customer outcomes in a fast-paced contact centre setting
- Report directly to senior leadership and work closely with key stakeholders
- 6-month contract opportunity suited to an experienced financial services contact centre leader
- Immediate or short-notice start preferred
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience leading customer service teams within a banking or financial services contact centre
- Strong people leadership skills with a coaching and performance-driven approach
- Experience managing day-to-day contact centre operations and service delivery
- Ability to drive team engagement, productivity, and customer outcomes
- A results-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Availability for a 6-month contract and willingness to work from the Sydney CBD
