This organisation operates as a major owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure, focusing on the safe and reliable transportation and storage of natural gas to support households, businesses, and industry. They play a role in preparing energy networks for transition by exploring ways existing infrastructure can adapt to lower-emissions technologies over time.
They work in rotating shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm and provide free on-site parking.Your new role
Answer inbound customer calls and action customer emails in a contact centre environment.
Handle difficult calls and customer complaints, escalating issues where required
Process general enquiries and gas connection requests accurately and on time.
Check gas availability and investigate exceptions
Advise customers of quote outcomes and next steps
Respond to new service connection requests via phone, email, and online channels
Quickly build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer service that builds trust and confidence
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet required timeframes
Contribute positively to team morale and support team outcomes
Undertake additional tasks or projects as directed by leaders
