Your new role
As a Hose Assembly Operative, you’ll support workshop operations by assembling and preparing hose products in line with work instructions and quality standards. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Duties include:
- Measuring and cutting hoses using workshop equipment
- Assembling hose components and fittings to specification
- Operating crimping and hydraulic equipment (training provided)
- Assisting with pressure testing of completed assemblies
- Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Reading and carefully following work instructions and job sheets
- Assisting with stock handling, hose kits, and order preparation.
- Completing basic job records and documentation
