A leading Australian building services contractor is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join their growing Professional Services team based in the South Eastern suburbs. Operating for over 80 years, this organisation is Australia’s number one building services contractor, delivering large-scale electrical, mechanical and fire services projects across the country.
Your new role
This role sits within a collaborative L&D team, part of the broader Professional Services function. The position has been created due to team expansion and offers an excellent opportunity to build exposure within a highly corporate, process-driven environment. The role would suit someone who enjoys supporting a busy function, managing inboxes and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the Learning & Development team
- Managing and monitoring a shared L&D inbox
- Coordinating training administration, records and documentation
- Data entry and maintenance of learning systems and registers
- Supporting onboarding and compliance training processes
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and training materials
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
- General support to ensure smooth day-to-day L&D operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a corporate role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, motivated attitude with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, structured environment
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
