Your new role

• Key responsibilities include:
• Designing end‑to‑end IAM architecture aligned with enterprise security frameworks and standards
• Leading the integration of identity platforms, directories, authentication services, and access governance
• Providing strategic guidance on identity lifecycle management, privileged access, and zero‑trust principles
• Advising project teams on best‑practice identity patterns, security controls, and solution design
• Evaluating new technologies and contributing to the long‑term identity strategy for the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience as an Identity Architect, IAM Specialist, or Security Architect with a focus on identity services
• Deep knowledge of identity standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and MFA
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, or similar)
• Understanding of zero‑trust security models and modern authentication architectures
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working within large, complex, or government environments (highly desirable)
