• Lead and coordinate UAT across multiple delivery streams and squads.
• Define and manage UAT test strategy, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria.
• Execute and perform basic maintenance on automation tests using
  Playwright
• Work closely with architects, Product Owners, SMEs, developers, and automation teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and defects.
• Provide clear reporting programming leadership on UAT progress and quality metrics.
• Develop end‑to‑end business scenarios across claims, customer service, integrations, cloud flows, and AI-enabled processes.
• Execute UAT end-to-end test cases independently.
• Ensure full coverage aligned to business requirements and technical architecture.
• Drive defect triage, documentation, and resolution.
• Interpret architectural diagrams to understand key system interactions.
• Collaborate with the dedicated automation team to ensure adequate coverage.
