Hays is currently hiring a Senior Property Manager for a leading and well-established property group here in WA. Based in a central location, this organisation operates with a cohesive team of 90 professionals who value their work culture just as much as delivering high-quality property services.

Your new role
The whole PM team has 4 as of now looking after a 780 lot portfolio. Your role will require you to manage 180 of those lots, mainly with invoices, maintenance and communication. To help assist you out of the PM team, you'll have two virtual assistants and two assistant property managers to assist you with day-to-day tasks when needed.

The following list shows what will not be required in this role:
  • No leasing
  • No BDM
  • No Trust
  • No routines or ingoing inspections

What you'll need to succeed

Eager to grow and develop within the team
2+ Years as a Property Manager
Ability to work individually and with a team
Proactive communication
Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, contractors
