Your new role

Looking for a polished, detail oriented Client Services Manager to bring exceptional client care to the high performing Wealth Management team in Sydney. The Client Service Manager is often the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services related to account servicing, financial plans and investment portfolios.


  • Act as the primary contact for client service needs across onboarding, account maintenance and day to day servicing with Financial Advisers.
  • Ensure client accounts and records meet AML/CTF, KYC and all relevant regulatory standards.
  • Support IPO and corporate action allocations from clients.
  • Facilitation of all administrative client queries.
  • Prepare valuations, asset allocation summaries and bespoke client reporting.
  • Coordinate domestic and international asset and cash transfers.
  • Oversee settlement processes and follow up outstanding items.
  • Prioritise adviser requests with confidence and efficiency.
  • Understand US and UK tax forms such as W8BEN and CRS
  • Build strong internal relationships across business units.
  • Champion process improvements and cross training initiatives.
  • Identify issues early, propose solutions and communicate expectations clearly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, e.g. Commerce, Business, Economic, Finance or similar
• 2 + years Wealth Management experience with an understanding of financial advice processes, financial markets, and industry standards.
• RG146 compliance (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High resilience and ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with broking platforms and portfolio management platforms
