Service Technician – Refrigeration | $55–$60ph + Vehicle + Super

This reputable and growing organisation is seeking skilled Refrigeration Service Technicians to join their high‑performing team. With strong demand across both commercial facilities and critical data centre environments, they offer long-term career stability, excellent working conditions and the support of an experienced management team.
Your new role
We are currently recruiting two types of Service Technicians to support ongoing maintenance and service operations:
General Refrigeration Technicians
  • Mobile service role across multiple commercial sites
  • Responsible for fault finding, repairs, preventative maintenance and general HVAC/Refrigeration service work
Data Centre Refrigeration Technicians
  • Based across one or two data centres located in Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs
  • Focused on precise cooling system performance, reliability, and preventative maintenance within critical environments
All positions operate during standard business hours and include a company vehicle.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for these roles, you will have:
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Current Arctick licence
  • Restricted electrical – connect/disconnect licence
  • Strong diagnostic and servicing capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high‑quality work
  • Experience in commercial HVAC (highly regarded)
