Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Design studio! With a sharp increase in project workload and a diverse commercial pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Building Designer to join a collaborative and down‑to‑earth team.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys producing high‑quality design documentation, and wants to work across a mix of commercial, retail, mixed‑use and specialist facilities. You’ll be supported by senior staff while also operating with strong autonomy.

About the Role
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation using Revit
  • Work alongside senior designers and directors to deliver quality project outcomes
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Apply practical, solution‑focused problem‑solving

What We’re Looking For
  • 3 to 5+ years’ Australian experience in building design (commercial or retail preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian construction methods and NCC
  • Proven proficiency and efficiency in Revit documentation essential
  • Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A proactive self‑starter who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
