The role

As a Client Engagement Partner, you’ll run your own commercial portfolio within a defined region. This isn't cold-calling or transactional selling – you’ll build deep, long-term partnerships with customers across the construction industry.

Using Salesforce CRM, you’ll plan your day, visit clients onsite, uncover opportunities, and guide customers to the right solutions.
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, structure, and autonomy from the beginning.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow a defined customer territory
• Build trusted relationships with construction professionals
• Plan daily visits and pipeline activity using Salesforce
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and support online purchasing
•Maintain accurate CRM data while following structured sales processes
