• Prepare accurate and timely estimates, tenders, quotations, trade packages, material lists and construction programs
• Coordinating construction, maintenance and upgrade works from planning through to delivery
• Undertake condition assessments, inspections and surveys of building elements and materials

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven trade experience within construction, maintenance or building environments
• A proactive approach to workplace health and safety, with experience implementing safety management systems
• The ability to lead, coordinate and develop teams and subcontractors
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
