The team works closely with government and community stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality building outcomes, with a strong focus on compliance, safety and service delivery.
Your new role
You will play a key role in the planning, supervision and delivery of construction and maintenance projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates, tenders, quotations, trade packages, material lists and construction programs
- Coordinating construction, maintenance and upgrade works from planning through to delivery
- Undertake condition assessments, inspections and surveys of building elements and materials
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven trade experience within construction, maintenance or building environments
- A proactive approach to workplace health and safety, with experience implementing safety management systems
- The ability to lead, coordinate and develop teams and subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
