Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and responding to general enquiries regarding their finance products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and delivering a high level of customer service
- Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing tailored solutions to assist customers and resolve account issues
- Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Managing admin email inboxes and directing items to operational staff
- Processing manual direct debits daily with accuracy
- Maintaining strong working knowledge of product terms and conditions
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years customer service or inbound call centre experience
- Qualifications in Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional phone manner and ability to engage with diverse personalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities
- Team‑oriented mindset and motivation to learn
