An opportunity is available for an experienced Philanthropy Specialist to join a large, well‑established, purpose‑led organisation operating in the aged care and community services sector.

Your new role

• Build, cultivate, and steward long‑term relationships with donors, clients, and residents
• Secure new bequest commitments through meetings, phone calls, and events
• Act as a key representative for the organisation’s bequest program
• Manage estate administration in collaboration with legal and finance teams
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote philanthropic giving
• Track and report on KPIs, engagement, and financial outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in fundraising or philanthropy (bequests experience highly regarded)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• A donor‑centric, relationship‑focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• A current Australian Driving Licence
