SAP Business Analyst EAM

An experienced Business Analyst is needed to support ERP upgrade, analysing EAM processes.

Your new company
You’ll be joining a large government body in Brisbane CBD, undertaking a significant SAP transformation program. This role offers an initial contract to EOFY 2027 with the possibility of extension. You’ll be part of a high-performing transformation and business readiness team helping modernise core systems and processes across the organisation.

Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will support the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) stream of the SAP S4/Hana implementation. You’ll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, engage stakeholders, and help shape the future operating model. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the organisation is prepared for system changes, process optimisation, and business readiness activities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst, supporting SAP implementations (ideally with experience in the SAP EAM module)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing, negotiation, and expectation management

  • Experience supporting and maintaining complex technology systems

  • Proven delivery of continuous improvement initiatives in large, complex organisations

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering outcomes aligned to customer and strategic objectives

  • Excellent written communication skills, including business cases, reports, and senior-level presentations

  • Experience in supporting large-scale transformation programs within Federal, State, or Local Government.

  • Experience with SAP Signavio (BPMN) is highly desirable
