With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming 8‑week retail fitout project in Newcastle across nightshift.

Your new role:
As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this fast‑paced fitout project. You will:
Oversee day‑to‑day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and trades
Manage site safety, WHS compliance and documentation
Drive program delivery to meet tight timelines
Ensure high‑quality workmanship and client satisfaction
Report progress to the Project Manager

What you’ll need to succeed:
To excel in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout or retail refurbishment projects
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Solid understanding of WHS and site management systems
Ability to work efficiently under tight program schedules
Trade qualification or construction background preferred
Current White Card
