Play a key role in delivering impactful digital transformation within a major Federal Government Agency that supports Australians living with disability.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and conduct moderately complex quality reviews, applying relevant legislation, policy and procedural guidance to assess compliance and decision‑making quality.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control activities, providing clear, evidence‑based written reasons for review outcomes.
  • Identify risks to participants or the broader scheme environment and take appropriate action in line with established processes.
  • Accurately record data and commentary using required systems, tools and formats while adhering to privacy and data‑handling requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing insights, identifying best‑practice approaches and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Support and mentor team members to enhance consistency, technical capability and overall quality of review activities.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong ability to interpret legislation, policies and complex information to make well‑reasoned assessments.
  • Confident written communication skills, including clear documentation and accurate data recording.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing workflows.
  • Skilled in using business systems and digital tools, or able to quickly learn new platforms.
