Your new role
As a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant specialising in HCM, you will be responsible for delivering functional support, system configuration, process optimisation, and data management across the organisation’s PeopleSoft HR systems. You will work closely with the HR Systems Product Manager and broader HR Systems team to ensure high‑quality support and enhancements across core business functions.
This role will involve hands‑on work across several major HCM modules, including Global Payroll, Absence Management, Employee and Manager Self Service, Time & Labour, Workforce Administration, and more. You will also contribute to testing, validation, documentation, and system improvements to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient HR operations.
