Your new company
You will be joining a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to support primary health care across the Northern Territory. The organisation focusses on improving access to services, strengthening the health workforce, and commissioning programs that address local community needs. It also operates as the Territory’s rural workforce agency, supporting recruitment, development and retention of health professionals working in regional and remote communities.
Your new role
You will deliver tactical marketing, communications and digital tasks. You will create and manage digital content, social media posts and newsletters. You will write, edit and proof content for the web and publications. You will support small to medium campaigns and assist with internal and external events. You will update websites and SharePoint, monitor social channels, and provide basic graphic design, photography and videography support. You will liaise with designers and suppliers and report progress to the Lead.
What you'll need to succeed
• Strong digital content and social media skills
• Strong writing and editing ability
• Experience delivering marketing and communications projects
• Confidence in publishing content to the web and SharePoint
• Experience supporting events
• Ability to monitor social media inboxes and respond as needed
• Basic design, photo and video skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder follow-through
• Ability to meet deadlines and escalate blockers early
