Recruitment Coordinator

Immediately available recruitment coordinator for a busy new project based south of the river.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team on a nine‑month temporary contract.

This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone with strong administrative capability and experience supporting recruitment functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties will include:

  • Providing general recruitment support including pre-screening, performing pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews etc
  • Coding invoices and purchase orders
  • Assisting with internal audit requirements
  • Processing referral bonus payments
  • Supporting onsite interview logistics (room set‑ups, resets, and escorting candidates)
To be successful in your application, you will be highly organised in your approach, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, possess prior experience of recruitment from within an internal or external environment and excel in your attention to detail in your administration. You will be a highly personable individual with strong communication skills to support the recruitment team and manage high volumes of applicants.

This role is a full-time position which will be offered as a 9-month temporary contract. They offer a hybrid model with two days working from home, and you will be based South of Fremantle requiring your own transport for accessibility.
An immediate start is essential.
