Join a leading utilities provider and take charge of high‑value, complex contracts that help power WA. Based in our Perth CBD office with the freedom to work flexibly, you’ll drive commercial performance and keep major infrastructure projects on track.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end performance of complex, high‑value contracts
  • Provide strategic commercial and contract advice
  • Build strong contractor relationships and resolve issues quickly
  • Lead negotiations to secure cost, schedule and quality outcomes
  • Review scopes, pricing, risk registers, specs and drawings
  • Ensure timely approval and compliance of contractor plans
  • Verify and certify progress claims, variations and EOTs
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Business, Law, Commerce or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ contract management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian contracts
  • Ability to interpret and apply contract law
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder skills
  • Proven experience managing complex, high‑value contracts
