Your new role

Working within a well-established Commercial Insurance team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of complex and high-profile litigation matters. The practice supports a broad mix of work, including public liability, CTP, institutional abuse, workers’ compensation and matters for government clients and major insurers. You will appear in various courts and tribunals across the ACT and NSW and work closely with partners who are recognised experts in their field. This role is ideal for a capable Associate ready to step up, or a current Senior Associate seeking a supportive and high-performing environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Approximately 5+ years’ post-admission experience within insurance litigation
• Background in defendant liability, CTP, institutional abuse and/or workers’ compensation matters
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and proactive file management
• Candidates with plaintiff-side or in-house insurance experience are encouraged to apply
