Your new role

You will support customers as they navigate a widely used operational and compliance platform. You’ll be part of a team responsible for assisting contractor and supplier clients with account setup, documentation, and general enquiries.
This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound communication and provides a clear pathway into more client facing, business focused responsibilities as you develop.

  • Respond to inbound calls and email enquiries, providing accurate guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Assist customers with system navigation, documentation requirements, and account setup.
  • Support clients with compliance, insurance, and safety related queries.
  • Conduct outbound follow up calls to ensure customers receive required assistance.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team focused on service excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer focused approach and confidence engaging over the phone
  • Ability to problem solve, manage enquiries, and remain composed under pressure
  • Interest in progressing into client facing or business development responsibilities
  • Solid computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)
