• Managing order placement into warehouses across multiple supplier categories.
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support reliable supply outcomes.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on forecasting and supply planning processes.
• Representing the supply function in meetings covering seasonal planning, supplier availability and stock management.
• Working closely with state and retail supply teams on forecast accuracy, short codes, aged stock and operational queries.
• Supporting product changeovers, new line launches and supplier‑driven changes.
• Managing baseline, new line and seasonal forecasts for your assigned portfolio.
• Communicating supply plans and forecast information to suppliers regularly.
• Owning communication around out‑of‑stocks, aged stock and short‑code items.
• Managing supplier constraints, stock builds and investment purchasing requirements.
• Supporting fair‑share allocation across state‑based distribution networks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning within an FMCG environment.
• Experience working with large SKU ranges and multi‑location networks.
• Strong capability in analysing, challenging and improving demand plans.
• Proven stakeholder management experience across suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience with advanced planning systems; Blue Yonder (JDA) exposure is highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex data sets).
• Strong organisational skills, detail orientation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
