We are looking for an experienced wealth management professional based in Sydney to join the team to support experienced Investment Advisors.

Your new role

• Conduct onboarding of clients including account opening, as well as ongoing account maintenance and portfolio administration

• Support 2/3 Advisers through preparation for meetings and follow ups and preparation of proposals, pitch documents and review packs

• Proactive client management and monitoring including annual reviews and risk profile renewals

• Handle settlement obligations such as funds and securities due, cash and asset transfers and corporate action management, quote requests and IPO and Placement coordination

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders including the Operations team to coordinate stock and cash transfers, corporate actions and international trading execution

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in private wealth management and/or a similar role with 2 years experience + preferred

• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills

• High attention to detail, the ability to mufti task and pivot effectively and a desire to work at a high quality

• Resourceful, self starter who has the will to learn and a high focus on compliance and service standards

• Holds an RG146 or willingness to obtain one

• AML and KYC experience is an advantage
