Your new company
HAYS Technology is supporting a mid-sized Federal Government agency that is upgrading core digital workflows and intranet services. You will support, maintain and improve Power Platform workflows and SharePoint Online environments that underpin key business processes.
Your new role
You will enhance existing workflows, build new automations, and improve SharePoint sites used across the organisation. You will also support a Power Pages project and strengthen capability across the team through knowledge sharing.
What you will do
Improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and permissions
Maintain and upgrade existing Power Automate Cloud Flows
Fix defects raised by users and stabilise active workflows
Optimise flows for reliability and performance
Support intranet content changes and design updates
Provide guidance to team members working with workflows
Create and update documentation and troubleshooting guides
What you'll need to succeed
Strong hands-on Power Automate Cloud Flows experience
Proven SharePoint Online configuration skills across permissions, structure and automation
Strong troubleshooting capability across workflow issues
Experience building or improving automation solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a small team
What you'll get in return

Work in a hybrid model from a Canberra-based office
