Your new role

A highly prestigious educational organisation in Southeastern Melbourne is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for processing the monthly and fortnightly end-to-end payroll, assisting with payroll system improvements, and lead a payroll system implementation in the coming months. You’ll be joining a respected organisation with a well-established, highly regarded finance team.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in payroll processing for 500+ individuals.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics payroll or other enterprise payroll solutions.
- Experience in Payroll system configuration, onboarding of new systems, or upgrades.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with confidential information.
- Experienced in system implementation or data management.
- Strong Payroll legislation, payroll taxation, superannuation, awards and compliance framework understanding.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in spreadsheets, databases and payroll software.
- A current working with Children check
- Relevant Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting or Business qualification preferred.
