Your New Role
You will be responsible for delivering hands‑on training, maintaining up‑to‑date learning materials, and supporting structured development pathways. You will coordinate training schedules, assess competency, track results, and ensure training aligns with safety and quality expectations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Experience delivering technical training, or a genuine interest in moving into training
  • Heavy‑duty trade qualification or strong mechanical background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to safety and continuous improvement
  • Driver’s licence, this role requires significant travel
  • Valid passport
