Your new role

• Deliver building and precinct infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and approval processes, including design reviews and CAD documentation.
• Supervise project works and maintain strong on‑site oversight to ensure compliance, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage defect rectification and maintain accurate project documentation and electronic file systems.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring smooth project handover to operations.
• Support contract management and maintain positive relationships with contractors and project partners.
• Monitor and code project budgets and capex, ensuring timely recovery invoicing.
• Oversee contractor induction, WHS compliance and incident reporting requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in client-side project management or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., AS 4000, GC21), and project delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, team-orientated mindset
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline highly regarded
