Your new role
You will support the rollout and execution of visual merchandising campaigns across all retail touchpoints.
Coordinate and deliver visual merchandising campaigns across all retail touchpoints.
Support launches, activations, permanent updates and conduct store visits and audits.
Manage VM calendars, rollout timelines and communication between head office and stores.
Manage artwork, POSM assets and supplier coordination
Maintain VM databases, asset records, execution imagery and reporting.
Track budgets and process purchase orders using SAP and EBYDOS.
Support maintenance, repairs and replacements of VM fixtures and branded assets.
Adapt and communicate VM guidelines for retailer requirements and store teams.
What you'll need to succeed
• 2 plus years of experience in VM, retail or coordination roles, ideally in beauty, fragrance or FMCG
• Experience across multi brand or department store environments
• Qualification or practical experience in Visual Merchandising or Design
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and comfort with AI enabled platforms
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow through
• Confident communication skills to support store teams
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast paced retail cycles
• Driver’s licence and ability to travel for store visits and installations
