Your new role
This position is to work with a customer-focused sales team to help them achieve budget, and to work collaboratively with following staff members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product information and pricing in response to customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide sales support to the team & follow up on actions requested by the Sales Manager.
Main accounts that have been allocated to you
Provide quote via CRM
Collect up-to-date information and update competitors' pricing
Maintain strong product knowledge
Light pick packing duties – That may include some heavy lifting (but help can be provided)
What you'll need to succeed
Confidence is key to this role – Will need to have a confident communication style.
Have experience in a similar position
The ability to work 5 days per week in the office
Intermediate-to-strong computer skills
Full working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizen)
