A client i have dealt with for 20 years, 4 different divisions, diverse projects, repeat clients. This role is secure, a client providing a minimum of 5 years worth of projects. Delivering a range of civil projects from roads, earthworks, small structures.

Note- due to the client MUST be Australian Citizen

Your new role

Assisting the Project Engineer and Supervisor, you will be based on site 5 days delivering all construction activities.

Some of the duties will include;
Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on the site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor workforce productivity and coordinate subcontractor activities.Interpret and review engineering drawings, designs, and project plans.
Provide technical guidance to site crews and address design or construction issues.Invloved in QA and OHS

What you'll need to succeed

Australian Citizen

Based North of Melbourne- able to commute each day to Seymour region
Civil Engineering Degree
2-4 years of Site Engineering experience
Ideally local Australian construction experience due to their client
Excellent communication to deal with subcontractors on site and to the client

What you'll get in return

$90-120K+super+ vehicle - depending on experience
