What you'll need to succeed

• 1-4 years’ of sourcing recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on technical roles

• Strong sourcing capability and creativity in building pipelines, mapping talent and engaging candidates

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced tech environments

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage candidates effectively

• Citizenship in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US or Canada (due to security vetting requirements)
