Your new company
Your new role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to work autonomously on Victorian-based conveyancing transactions with a focus on residential conveyancing. Sitting within the firm's Property Law team and reporting to a Senior Associate, this role will see you:
Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy;
Overseeing 10-15 active files per month;
Attending to online settlements via PEXA;
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and referrers with the aim of converting leads into new business for the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2+ years experience in residential conveyancing matters in Victoria with the ability to work on matters from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy, and have previous experience using PEXA. Ideally, you will be a Licensed Conveyancer, but this is not a prerequisite. In addition, you will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, have a proactive and self-motivated approach, strong customer service skills and be a collaborative team player.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a high-performing team within a fast-growing organisation. You will advise high-calibre clients within the medical profession and be given a good degree of autonomy over your matters. This is a full-time permanent role that offers the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week, with offices located in Melbourne's CBD.
