A large, complex organisation undergoing a significant workplace relocation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support staff through a fast‑paced transition to a new office environment. This role will play a critical part in preparing leaders and employees, embedding new workplace behaviours, and ensuring a smooth move during a compressed delivery timeframe.


Your new role

As the Change Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end people change activities associated with an office relocation and the shift to a shared, neighbourhood-based workspace. You will be responsible for driving clarity, readiness, communication, engagement and rapid adoption of new ways of working, including hot‑desking, hybrid work patterns, booking systems and digitisation.
Key elements of the role include decision translation, stakeholder alignment, staff communication, Day‑1 readiness, on‑the‑ground support, and post‑move stabilisation.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Deliver rapid change support to staff during the workplace relocation.
  • Communicate clear expectations and key decisions relating to new ways of working.
  • Prepare leaders with concise briefing materials, FAQs and talking points.
  • Deliver targeted staff communications and practical “How‑To” guides.
  • Support adoption of hot‑desking, hybrid work patterns and booking systems.
  • Provide on‑site support during go‑live and manage issues register.

What you'll get in return
