Your new role

• Managing daily warehouse operations and driving process improvements.
• Overseeing stock control, receipting, cycle counts, and ERP transactions.
• Coordinating local and international freight, ensuring packaging meets security requirements.
• Maintaining accurate asset registers and conducting regular stocktakes.
• Supporting compliance checks and contractor coordination for maintenance activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent.
• Current forklift licence.
• 10+ years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience in defence industry systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong safety focus.
