Your new role
As a Contract Management Officer, you will be accountable for managing routine and transactional, high-value and/or high-risk goods and services contracts. Your focus will be on ensuring contracts are effectively administered, commitments are met, and agreed outcomes are achieved.
You will:
- Administer and manage a significant number of routine and some complex contracts concurrently.
- Initiate and plan the contract management process.
- Prepare and maintain contract management plans and close-out reports.
- Conduct risk and complexity assessments.
- Utilise contract management systems to monitor compliance and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally worked in SA Government.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and management.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and contract lifecycle processes.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and reporting tools.
