Your new role

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and senior account managers across both domestic and commercial insurance lines. This varied position will give you exposure to a wide range of products and clients, helping you develop strong technical knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with policy renewals, new business quotations, and endorsements

• Managing client enquiries and providing tailored insurance solutions

• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers

• Negotiating terms and resolving queries with underwriters

• Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous, such as working within an insurance brokerage or having a good understanding of the insurance industry.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building client relationships

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
