Your new role

As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Process team, supporting business and system readiness for deployment. You will work closely with stakeholders to validate requirements, optimise processes, and ensure successful delivery of system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with key users to validate requirements and optimise business processes.
Document business processes and model system solutions at a business unit level.
Create and maintain documentation for business, system, and solution requirements.
Support test planning, execution, and cutover activities.
Assist with change management and end-user training.
Participate in workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement forums.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong business process modelling skills (BPMN preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS, and MS Office 365.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
