Warehouse All Rounder

Looking for a Forklift Operator/HR Truck Driver to commence ASAP in Rockhampton!

Your new role

Handle picking and packing of items for dispatch, process inbound and outbound shipments (including sorting, loading, and unloading goods), prepare and verify shipping documentation, and ensure products are stored correctly and in good condition
Replenish stock in the tool store
Order parts and consumables as required
Accurately record all goods received and dispatched
Arrange transport, including booking and tracking shipments
Assist with quarterly stocktakes
Update and maintain accurate inventory movement records daily
Pick and issue parts as needed
Perform delivery and pickup driving duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally hold a certificate in warehousing, stores, or logistics, or possess substantial experience in a similar role
Be proficient in computer use and capable of navigating various systems, including Pastel
Hold a valid forklift licence
HR Licence
Must reside in Rockhampton / surrounding suburbs
Must be willing to complete Police Check

What you'll get in return

If successful, you will secure a long-term position starting on a casual basis through Hays. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with an early finish at 2:00 pm every Friday. The position combines warehouse duties with HR truck driving for local deliveries within Rockhampton. You’ll enjoy an attractive hourly rate of $38–$40 plus penalties and superannuation.
