Rostering Coordinator

Seeking an experienced rostering / workforce planning candidate!
Rostering Clerk / Workforce Coordinator
Rate: $45–50 an hour plus Super
Type: Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 38hr week, flexible start and finish times
Location: Mayfield - On-site parking available!

Your new role
As Workforce Coordinator, your daily activities would include:
  • Planning of staff rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels, maintaining and updating rosters
  • Assisting with general and payroll enquiries relating to rosters, interpreting awards
  • Engaging with staff and agencies to fill roster vacancies
  • Compliance and onboarding for new staff
  • Manage inboxes, following up queries in a timely manner
  • Adhoc administration tasks as required

    What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a rostering or workforce coordinator or similar role is essential
  • Previous experience in Healthcare or Aged Care is highly desirable
  • Tech-savvy, able to pick up new software quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and resilience. Able to follow processes but, when suitable, shift focus and go with the flow
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with your team
