Your new role
As an ICT Labour Hire Procurement Officer, you will support stakeholders and lead procurement activities across the labour hire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Validating business needs and gathering market intelligence.
Assessing procurement risks and informing sourcing decisions.
Conducting procurement activities in line with established policies.
Preparing and reviewing RFQs, tender documents and contract variations.
Maintaining contractor records and monitoring supplier performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in end‑to‑end procurement, ideally in ICT or labour hire.
Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
