Your new role

This role offers the opportunity to step into an autonomous, hands‑on payroll position where accuracy and reliability are genuinely valued. You’ll take ownership of payroll operations, working closely with a supportive finance team while also having the trust and space to manage your work independently. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys clear responsibility, structured processes and being relied upon to keep things running smoothly during a period of transition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End‑to‑end processing of payroll using ADP
  • Fortnightly EBA payroll
  • Monthly salaried payroll
  • Providing payroll inputs for superannuation, payroll tax and reporting
  • Supporting an upcoming payroll system transition from ADP to ELMO, including system mirroring and transition reporting
  • Operating as a standalone payroll resource with full ownership of the function
  • The role is fully on-site and reports directly to the Finance Manager.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong hands‑on, end‑to‑end payroll experience
  • Confidence working autonomously with minimal handover
  • ADP payroll experience (preferred)
  • Exposure to EBA environments and multiple pay frequencies
  • Prior involvement in payroll system transitions (Desirable but not essential)
  • Availability to start at short notice and work fully on-site
